Product Description
Overview
Roots vacuum pump has a pair of tri-lobe rotors driven by a pair of high precision synchro-gears. The left figure illustrates one cycle of suction and discharge during 120 degrees. The tri-lobe rotors of involute profile rotate without contact and keep a constant gap in-between. It can be used with many fore pumps with air or water cooling mode and different sealing types in order to meet the various processing requirements and working conditions.
Due to this patented design, our Roots vacuum pump have obvious advantages over the traditional roots pumps of two-lobe rotors in the key performance indicators such as the pumping efficiency, maximum differential pressure, temperature rise, vibration and noise. High precision gears and rolling bearings ensure low noise and smooth operation of rotors, and it has relatively large pumping rate at low suction pressure.

O-ring static and plannar seals ensure the multiple assembly and disassembly.
Mechanical sealing, lip seal, frame seal, piston ring seal and labyrinth seal can be selected for face sealing.
Application
Tri-lobe roots pumps can be only used with other fore pumps. Equiped with different fore pumps, they have various performance. Roots vacuum pumps mainly are used in the situation of large pumping speed and rough/medium vacuum (103~10-2Pa). Typical applications are the vacuum film coating, vacuum welding furnace, vacuum heat treatment furnace, and large space simulation test, and microelectronics and integrated circuit and bulb production, vacuum packaging, and concentrated gas pumping system, and various chemical processing, and vacuum steam discharge, and vacuum dehydration, and vacuum frozen drying, and vacuum distillation.

Note:The performance specification in the above table are measured under the given condition with the recommended fore pump.When equipped with different fore pumps,they have various performance.Pumping rate is measured in the given condition with the pump inlet pressure of about 67 pa to 2.67 pa.Ultimate pressure means the measured stable sub-pressure of air in the closed pump inlet without any container by a compression type vacuum meter.
